Small Islands, Big Ambitions

Antigua and Barbuda may be one of the Commonwealth’s smallest members, but this week it is hosting some very big conversations. For small island states, the real test will be whether fine words translate into practical support and investment. Hosting 56 nations is quite an achievement. Getting them all to agree on something useful would be even better.
